"RETRO-WRAP" - DOUBLE FRAME REINFORCEMENT SYSTEM

"RETRO-WRAP" - DOUBLE FRAME REINFORMENT SYSTEM

In high-rise buildings, when steel doors and their embedded frames are rusted…not only are they cosmetically unattractive but potentially a  “fire” safety hazard.  Frames of this nature can be a major cost to replace. Most steel Fire, Security or Hurricane rated door frames…when first installed, are filled with concrete and securely attached with steel anchors to the exterior concrete wall structure. Basically the wall and door frame are designed to be “one” structural  unit; and that’s great… until they need to be replaced. To remove a concrete embedded frame-  it must be “water cooled” concrete sawed, pried, hammered and broken from its structural connection and steel concrete attachments. This is not only, time consuming…but messy, expensive and potentially injurious to the surrounding concrete structure…because removal can and does create visual and even unseen cracks or damage to nearby areas attachment walls ,  Replacing a frame  and door in this manner… usually is a two to three day operation… losing the opening for that period of time… to say nothing of the noise, mess and debris.  We solve the problem of removal of the frame. DoorPro’s answer…

REPLACING CONCRETE EMBEDDED METAL DOOR FRAMES CAN BE A PAIN IN THE BUTT... unless you don't replace them.

RETRO-WRAP - DOUBLE  FRAME REINFORCEMENT SYSTEM CAN SAVE TIME, MONEY & UNDUE                                   DISTURBANCE TO BUILDING OCCUPANTS AND NORMAL OPERATIONS.

THE SECRET,  AT THE  HEART OF OUR SYSTEM …  IS THAT WE REINFORCE THE  CURRENT “RUSTED STEEL EMBEDDED DOOR FRAME … BY PLACING A NEW “CUSTOM BUILTED”  FRAME OVER THE PRESENT FRAME…ATTACHING IT TO THE CONCRETE STRUCTURE … WITHOUT REPLACING THEM…

AND THEY’RE BETTER THAN NEW… WHEN WE GET THROUGH!
